Covey Investments, LLC is an apartment investment firm founded in 2016 by Holland Smith, a 21-year apartment and real estate veteran. Covey Investments is seeking equity partners to invest in multifamily properties in the core to value-added risk spectrum, primarily in the major and secondary markets in Texas. Returns will be commensurate with the risk profile of each individual investment. Since inception Covey has closed three transactions totaling roughly $75m total capitalization.
